Through the Peruvian Highlands
From Cusco, the road leads into the relatively unknown Peruvian Highlands – through sleepy villages and in the shadow of imposing mountains. After driving through the Paracas desert nature reserve, the expedition continues along the Panamericana to the Pacific Coast of Peru, until it reaches Nazca, famed the world over for the mysterious symbols in the ground here. From there, the road follows the footsteps of the Incas to the shores of Lake Titicaca.

Separate arrival, evening meal together and hotel accommodation iin Cusco.
Day 2
?Day trip to the legendary city of Machu Picchu. Journey by train to Aguas Calientes at the foot of Machu Picchu. Sightseeing in the mystical city of the Incas. Overnight at a hotel in Cusco
