Route for the day: Presidente Fiueiredo – Manaus?. Travel on mud tracks and visits to various waterfalls in the region surrounding Presidente Fiueiredo. Onward journey to the largest city in the Amazon Basin – Manaus, the wealthiest city in South America during the rubber boom. Sightseeing and overnight hotel accommodation.

A boat trip lasting two days and one night along the famed watercourses of the Amazon. This excursion will take participants deep into the rainforest and offers the best chances of seeing wildlife. First night will be spent in a simple jungle lodge, the second in a hotel in Manaus.

Crossing the Amazon, world's largest river in terms of volume. The route through the rainforest of the Amazon Basin consists of tracks of mud and sludge, and progress will often be slow. Camp overnight in the Amazon Basin.

Route for the day: Rainforest – Porto Vhelo?
Drive on the famous Transamazonica, past tiny villages and on a barely maintained road through the tropical rainforest to Porto Vhelo. Evening meal together and hotel accommodation.
