The first stage provides an immediate foretaste of the stunning variety that will be a feature of XWORLD South America. The route leads from the capital of Argentina, Buenos Aires, to Rio de Janeiro, the second-largest city in Brazil. The road between these two cities passes through untamed national parks, beside primordial rivers, thundering waterfalls and sleepy towns.

Route for the day: Buenos Aires – El Palmar National Park?. Familiarisation with the vehicles and drive northwest on the motorway. Crossing the Parana River and drive through savannah and gallery forests beside the Uruguay River to El Palmar National Park. Camping overnight in the national park.
